Small Miracles Blog Hop #3

Lately this has been resting on my heart. A promise I received a long long time ago. About all sorts of different things.

And today it’s still a promise.

I think at first I believed this out of sheer desperation. Something good *had* to come of all this.

But it has. Like Kristin wrote on her blog about her daughter Stevie not too long ago, the world is a better place because they were here. Because they existed.

♥ Just look at my studio… okay don’t. It’s quite a mess – every empty space of floor is covered in journals. I am ridiculously happy looking at them.

♥ I spoke with a woman at Texas Children’s Hospital today and she asked me if I’d be interested in working with a volunteer group that has loads to do with the NICU. Ummmm… YES pleeaasee… :) It’s a whole formal interview process {yikes!} but we’ll see what comes of it. :) :)

♥ Okay and seriously. I SMELL my Jenna. Everywhere and when I least expect it. *Sweetness* has invaded my nose at random moments and I’m loving it.

What miracles have you witnessed or felt lately? Read more about the blog hop here… or hop on over to your blog, share your small miracles and come back to join in!

After reading your post, I knew I wanted to share something that happened awhile ago for me. So I hope it’s okay that I linked up to an older blog post that wasn’t necessarily written for the purpose of the blog hop.

You’re so right…something good HAS to come of all of this. Look at everything you’ve done Fran! Look at the Jenna Journal Drive! Look at all the blogs you’ve designed. She inspired something wonderful. All of our children have, be it the smallest gift of paying it forward to something like Small Bird Studio. The world is a better place because they all were here. Beautiful post!

I love that you smell Jenna, I smell Aiden sometimes too. When it comes it only stays a short while, but I always stop whatever I’m doing, close my eyes, and take him all in. I love his little surprises sent down to me from heaven. xo
