I was contacted by the lovely people behind Happy Wrap a few weeks ago and was so excited to get to try out their wraps! I am quickly becoming a HUGE fan of babywearing! I’ve noticed the whole babywearing thing is great for so much more than freeing up my hands.
- Bubby loves to see me ‘wearing’ Evie. Seriously, he laughs and giggles. He thinks it’s the funniest thing. Then he gets over it, and smiles because I am able to do something with him, like go outside or have an art fest in our kitchen!
- Bonding! I have had a strange time with bonding for so many different reasons. Mostly, I am constantly beating myself up that I just don’t spend enough time with Evie or Bubby. This wrap/ babywearing thing melts away a lot of those mommy guilts.
- Evie-approved. I know not all babies love to snuggle, but thankfully (so far) Evie is another snuggly baby and she LOVES it. She usually falls asleep after resting against me for a while.
Now, a few months ago I snagged a Moby wrap for less than retail value at a garage sale. And after wearing the Happy Wrap, I can honestly say I prefer the Happy Wrap for a couple of reasons.
- The Happy Wraps are all natural and organic and super soft!
- The Happy Wrap does not feel heavy when worn, it hardly feels like another layer of clothing.
- The Happy Wraps fold up so much nicer and take up less than half the space of a Moby.
***I was not asked to compare the Happy Wraps against any other type of wrap, but thought the above were worth mentioning. Plus! The Happy Wraps are much more affordable for being organic and so lightweight :)

Would love to win this.
I am currently pregnant with my 3rd child. I have a 5 year old and a 2 1/2 year old and am due in August. I would love to win this to make things easier for me when I have the baby. We are going to be cloth diapering for the first time and I have been looking at different wraps & carriers as well to try babywearing.
I didn’t see that we were supposed to comment with color until after I had commented. I would pick a gray, black or something neutral. We don’t find out what the baby is until next week ;)
This is so helpful. I am trying to decide what type of wrap to buy! I would love Sunshine!

Gray would be great! I loved using the moby wrap with Gigi but it was heavy and hot, nice to hear this is lighter weight.
I would choose Meadow. This wrap looks awesome!

I love the yellow and green. They’re so happy and bright. I had to start using a multiples diaper bag for my toddler and my baby just to fit my bulky wrap inside it when I go out. I definitely need one that folds up smaller so I don’t need to carry luggage with me when I go out :)
Love the slate color and love baby wearing! <3
I would totally pick slate! we’re in the process of adoption a peanut from EE and this would be perfect for travel and bonding! Thank you
I would pick Slate, perfect for a boy or girl. I am expecting in June and don’t know the gender of the baby. i loved wearing my first daughter and plan on wearing this baby as well.
oh la la…..due in june and would love to have sunshine or slate. best way to bond with baby!
OMG, this is so much fun now that I’m expecting my first FRAN!! EEK, can’t wait to see you soon. Oh and I think the gray is awesome!

I love the gray that you are wearing . :)
Love to hear that it’s lighter weight and easier to use than the Moby! Would this be ok for a petite wearer? Love the colors offered – think I’d either choose slate or earth, but sunshine and meadow are amazing too if I wasn’t so afraid of color! Tough decision!
I have a few baby-wearing Momma friends that have made me re-look at the subject!!!
And I would pick black :-)
I would get the grey, but I also LOVE the sunshine

I’m 39 weeks pregnant with our rainbow and if I won would choose the warm earthy brown.
Love baby wearing and would love to win this and try a new wrap! :)
I absolutely LOVE the slate color!
I’m in love, light weight and easier than the moby!! Yay! I love wearing our Evie too! It makes having and doing things with big brother so much easier!!
I’d love the slate! So pretty!

I think all our “modern” stuff is funny. Imagine telling your grandmother what babywearing is! AND, imagine a mother in an undeveloped country staring at you thinking, we’ve always worn our babies. :)
slate or sunshine, maybe meadow. Beautiful!
I would love the meadow one. I’ve used a baby carrier some but never a wrap, I’m curious if I’d like it. I feel like I’ve bonded slower with my baby girl (#2) because she sleeps so much. My son was very colicky and almost always awake so we had a lot more time together from the start. Her sleeping is an answer to prayer though and I know our bond will strengthen over time. But it’s so easy to give in to mommy guilt.

Black or brown :)
Lovely! Going to get one for my preggo sister.
Blue! All the way.
I love babywearing! I used a sling with AJ and got a mobywrap with Ariel because I heard it was better for preemies but I got to say my favorite was and is the Maya Wrap.

I am due in April and would loooooove this!!!! *Fingers Crossed!*
I’d choose yellow – it’s such a happy color! :)
I would love to try out this wrap! My husband and I planned on babywearing with our first son, Marcellus. We even attended a babywearing demonstration while pregnant with him. Shortly thereafter he was born at 28 weeks and then died at 12 days old. We never got to purchase any of the wraps we were looking at. When we got pregnant with our rainbow, we planned on looking into babywearing again. Then our second son, Ethan, decided to also come early (27 weeks). After spending 10 weeks in the NICU, we just came home two days ago! We put everything on hold to spend as much time with him while he was in the NICU and that including purchasing a wrap for babywearing.

I am due with #4 on Easter Sunday and have been looking for a good baby wearing solution…would love to receive this gift. Thanks for the opportunity!
I loved wearing my son but the wrap I have is very heavy and hot. I’m expecting again and due at the end march and have been in search of something lighter to use during the summer.
The colors are all so pretty but I like the slate the best.
